The Mint Barre Method was born from 2 passions, our love and background with dance as well as Pilates. We have combined ballet, modern and contemporary dance techniques with Pilates principals to give you a well-rounded workout whilst reliving those "dancer" days. Our warm ups usually start on the mat and thereafter we move to the main phase of the class which consists of the barre exercises as well as some centre practice.
What to expect in our Mint Barre Method:
Our Barre classes are small and intimate and is suitable for almost anybody. You will require a pair of soft ballet shoes, rhythmic gymnastic shoes and or "non-slip" socks which will also work.
