Our Mint Fit program consists of functional cardio based exercises/sequences, Pilates core, Yoga&Pilates stretch. We use a number of apparatus to challenge you in all the right ways. This high energy class is small and intimate and will be sure to get you working up a sweat and feeling motivated and fitness inspired.
